PLEASE NOTE:
-Consultations: Initial consultations are free. If you move into a new home, we will do another consultation at no charge. If a sitter has to return to your home to pick up keys or for a refresher course, there will be a $20 charge.
-Holiday Fees: We charge time and half on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Easter, Memorial Day weekend, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day weekend, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.. If a holiday abuts a weekend, the weekend will also be billed at time and a half.
-Non -Holiday Cancellation Fees: Reservations must be paid for in-full at the time of booking. Cancelations made with less than 24 hours notice for a single visit, overnight stay or walk are not refundable.. Cancelations of non-holiday reservations made with less than 7 days notice are eligible for a 75% refund. All non-holiday cancelations made with more than 7 days notice will be refunded in-full.
-Holiday Cancellations Fees: Holiday reservations must be paid in-full at the time of booking. Cancelations for reservations over Easter weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Father's Day weekend, Mother's Day weekend, Independence Day and Labor Day weekend are refundable as follows:
More than 30 days notice - fully refundable
Less than 30 days notice - 75% refundable
Less than 14 days notice - 50% refundable
Less than 7 days notice - non-refundable
Reservations that include Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve and New Year's Day are non-refundable.
